幾天前看了Discovery旅遊生活頻道，看到了雪花糖最愛的英國主廚Jamie Oliver煮好吃的肉醬pasta，十分鐘就搞定一盤美食，害雪花糖看了一直流口水。然後又繼續看波登不設防，跟著壞壞型男主廚波登到夏威夷玩了一趟。
看到愛喝酒的波登先生喝了三種很厲害的cocktail，包括邁泰、熱帶之癢與殭屍，喝熱帶之癢還附一隻不求人要先抓背再喝哪！真是有趣^^道地的風味美食包括了加在飯糰、炒飯、湯麵等各式各樣料理中的超好吃Spam。ono！(夏威夷話好吃的意思)^^還有，原來夏威夷人很愛吃芋泥！這倒是很新鮮^^
在節目中，波登先生還花了3,000美元買了一件限量款的夏威夷衫，以及拜訪一位遺世獨居在火山邊緣的奇人。關於夏威夷，雪花糖想起在夏威夷出生的Soulboy方大同，也想起Jack Johnson這首歌，還有漂亮寶藍色的blue hawaii..
